As a business coach, Terry helps executive and entrepreneurial clients maximize their talents and achieve their full potential by focusing from the inside out. Throughout the coaching partnership, Terry helps clarify goals and develop a plan to attain them. Her clients are exclusively professionals – through both team and one-on-one coaching – and entrepreneurs who want to improve their effectiveness at work and/or home through the effective means of business coaching.
Terry is a certified professional co-active coach and neuro-linguistic (NLP) master practitioner. Neuro-linguistic programming, or NLP, is an approach to understanding and changing thoughts, feelings, language and behaviors to achieve goals. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, ICF-NYC Chapter President and Member of the Board of Directors.
